What’s included in the rental?
— Usually, the cost of our services includes turnkey technical support for your upcoming event, where all you need to do is provide us with your brief. The rest is our job!
Can I rent equipment without a technician?
— Yes, we call it “dry hire”. If you’re confident handling it. But it’s always safer (and easier) to leave it to us.
Do you only work with big events?
— We work with events of various sizes and formats. Please let us know what your request is, and we will be happy to assist you with any technical issues related to it.
How far in advance should I book equipment?
— We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks ahead to guarantee availability, especially during peak season. However, we also handle last-minute requests whenever possible.
Do you provide delivery and setup?
— You don’t need to know exactly what equipment is required. We will discuss your project and offer the best possible solution in terms of both equipment composition and quantity. We will justify the use of specific equipment for you and provide you with full technical support.
What happens if something goes wrong during the event?
— If you have our technician on site, issues will be fixed immediately. If you opted for dry hire, we offer phone support and can send a replacement technician or gear if required.
Can you help me choose the right equipment?
— Absolutely. Share your event details and we’ll suggest the most suitable audio, video, lighting, and staging solutions, optimized for your budget and venue.
